The Big Brother Naija producers have come under fire from Nigerian celebrity fashion designer and stylist Toyin Lawani following the shocking elimination of Hermes Iyele from the competition.

You may recall that on Sunday night, the elimination of Hermes, who many people believed to be a strong candidate for the ultimate prize, was met with conflicting reactions.

Except for the riders, six housemates-Adekunle, Bella, Sheggz, Groovy, Bryann, and Hermes-were flagged for eviction.

During the pre-final eviction program, three housemates were kicked out. Groovy, Sheggz, and Hermes were the three contestants who lost their seats on the live eviction show on Sunday.

The eviction of Hermes came as a shock to the viewers, who believed he was one of the strongest contenders in the Level Up season of BBNaija.

Many had taken to social media to express their disappointment in the show’s organizers as they alleged that the voting process was rigged, while some claimed Hermes fans did not come out well enough to vote for him.

Joining them in beamoning his eviction, Toyin Lawani dragged the organisers for rigging the votes.

She stated that the organisers pulled a big joke on them as she was yet to get over the shock.

Toyin Lawani, however, declared her love and support for Hermes as she crowned him her winner
