Teniola Apata, a well-known singer in Nigeria also known as Teni Entertainer, gave a new car to her former teacher as a gift.

On World Teachers Day, the “Billionaire” singer paid a surpise visit to her alma mater and gave her secondary school teacher the car.

She did it as a way of thanking him for having an influence on her as a developing youngster and for imparting information on her.

Every year on October 5, academicians are honored for their contributions to society on World Teachers Day.

Online images and videos depict the moment Teni entered the school and was greeted with raucous applause.

The award-winning singer also posed for pictures with the new car owner after handing the keys to him.
