Nigeria Police, Promote Former EFCC Boss Magu, 8 Others To AIG Rank; Mr Ibrahim Magu Former acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission

The eight Officers of Police promoted to AIGs were; CP Mustafa Magu Ibrahim who’s the most elderly in the CP skeleton and who missed the last two elevations after returning to the Police

The ex-EFCC boss, Ibrahim Magu, served as acting Chairman of the EFCC from 2015 to 2020. The Senate doubly refused to confirm him his appointment.
Magu was latterly suspended along with several others for allegedly misruling finances of the commission, an allegation he constantly denied.
