Meet Serena Williams daughter who became youngest person to own a professional sports team

The two-year-old is now the youngest person to ever own a professional sports team thanks to tennis phenom Serena Williams and her daughters’ ownership of a new Los Angeles soccer team, according to Rolling Out.

The National Women’s Soccer League introduced “Angel City,” a new expansion franchise in Los Angeles.

Natalie Portman, Eva Longoria, Uzo Aduba, Jennifer Garner, Serena Williams, her husband, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, and their two-year-old baby Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. are among the team’s 30 celebrity owners.

A new era of sports & entertainment in Los Angeles, Williams said beside a photo of Olympia on social media to spread the good news.

Meet Angel City, a women’s football team that lives up to its moniker. Olympia is now the youngest co-owner in professional sports thanks to her historic ownership stake in the brand-new sports firm.

Her father discussed the significance of having his daughter participate in the new company venture.

“As someone who plays football with my 2-year-old daughter for hours on end, I want her to see this revolution up close.

Because expanding possibilities for women in sports is important to my wife and me and because we want to help build a better future for our daughter, I am personally investing on behalf of my family, said Ohanian.

The new squad is expected to play its debut game in the 2022 season, shortly before Olympia turns five.
