Meet 6-year-old genius boy who becomes the youngest ever admitted to Oxford university, wonderful



Joshua Beckford, age 6, a native of Nigeria, has broken a record by becoming the youngest student ever admitted to Oxford University in the United Kingdom.

Joshua Beckford was granted admission to the school to pursue a degree in philosophy and history.

Joshua Peckford is a genius and one of the most brilliant minds in the world despite having autism.

After witnessing that Joshua had remembered and grasped the letters on a computer keyboard just by sitting with him, Joshua’s father Knox Daniel realized at the age of 10 months that Joshua is not a typical boy.

Joshua was able to read with ease and speak Japanese by the time he was two years old.

Joshua narrated that by the time he was four years old, he could play with his laptop and pull out body organs using a simulator.

Marvelled by his great intellectual capacity, his father knew he his son’s brain was too advanced for a standard curriculum.

He, therefore, homeschooled him and later wrote to Oxford University to see if he could participate in a philosophy course for bright children between the age of eight and thirteen.

At the time, Joshua was 6 years old but was accepted to study Philosophy and History at the prestigious University of Oxford in England.

He became the youngest person admitted to the university and later graduated with distinctions in both courses.

Since the age of four, I was on my dad’s laptop and it had a body simulator where I would pull out organs. I want to save the earth.

Joshua declared, “I want to transform society and alter people’s perceptions so they treat the planet with respect.

Joshua is a natural in the sciences, math, humanities, and languages other than English.

He practices appendectomy and gall bladder removal procedures and is well on his way to realizing his dream of becoming a neurosurgeon.

I’m trying to save the earth. He told HowAfrica, “I want to change the world and the way people think about taking care of the earth.
