Asake, the current raving star whose real name is Ahmed Ololade, has talked about the making of his debut album.

The YBNL act’s song “Mr Money with the Vibe” was released on September 7 and has already made its chart debut in Nigeria and the UK.

The Terminator crooner was asked how long it took to record the 12-track album during an interview with Ehiz on Apple Music Africa Now.

Asake claimed that his recording process is not predetermined or scheduled since there are days when he wakes up and feels like recording seven songs at once while other times he can go an entire month without creating a single song.

The music act also said than he can choose to stop recording at random and it all depends on his mood.

Asake said everything went as planned while working on the project and he is happy with how it all turned out.
