Funke Akindele’s Husband Announces Their Separation

Nigerian actress, Funke Akindele’s husband has announced their separation.

In an Instagram post, JJC Skillz said he and Funke have decide to go their separate ways.

“While it lasted we share a lot of things together and have created two beautiful children”He said

The last two years have been extremely difficult for both of them

JJC Skillz said their relationship has become beyond repair.

“I know that I have tried my best to fix things but I believe it is beyond repair now”, He said.

He added that three months ago Funke insisted he move out of the house and apart from the popular AMVCA awards he has been able to sit down in an ‘amicable manner’

making this announcement so the public would make it clear that both of us are pursuing our separate lives.Funke and JJC Skillz got married in the yeat 2016 and their marriage was supposed to enter six years this year.

Meanwhile, the Jenifer diaries star is yet to comment on her husband’s announcement

The JJC Skillz announcement comes just days after popular Nigerian actress Chacha Eke also announced the end of her marriage with her long-time husband, Austin Faani.

She also took to her social media page to say she is tired of pretending saying that ‘all is well’ with her marriage.

“Many people have died while pretending that everything is fine and hoping for a better tomorrow. I do not want to die or go inexplicably missing.” She wrote on her Instagram.

Chacha Eke also apologized to her fans for “living a lie this past years,” as reports had first said two years ago, saying their relationship was not as it seems

“I am here again on social media for the second time in two years, boldly declaring that I am done with my marriage. My long overdue/relentless position on this will not be news to Austin Faani (her husband) the doctors and my parents.”

Meanwhile, Austin Faani also came to clarify allegations and suggestions that he was maltreating his wife. “I never raised my hand to any woman, including my wife, in my life,” His reaction came many hours after his wife announced on her Instagram page that their nine-year-old marriage was coming to an end.

On Tuesday night, the estranged husband of the popular Nollywood actress posted on Instagram,

“Everyone who is close to this case knows the absolute truth and it is not my place to divulge it, the one person who started this issue will in due time, continue the issue. Let light lead. ” he said.
