The Federal High Court has debunked claims that it had disqualified the All Progressives Congress( APC) candidate, Biodun Oyebanji in the Ekiti State Governorship election

In a statement by the Assistant Director Information, Federal High Court of Nigeria, Catherine Oby Christopher, PhD, said on Thursday.

The Federal High Court hereby debunks the actuality of any similar case in its entire governance and indeed the Court Order as contended.

According to the court, there has been no similar case before Hon. justiceI.E Ekwo.

Christopher described the said report as unsupported, veritably mischievous and aimed at not only deceiving members of the public, but also causing pressure.
