CAN Urge’s Northern Christian Parents Stop Sending Children To Sokoto Schools; 19 States Northern Christian Association of Nigeria and Abuja chapter, has directed christian leaders in the country to terminate their participation

In the conditioning of the NigerianInter-Religious Council, until their counterparts of Islamic faith show commitment to constrain their followers on equal terms.

The organisation also called on every christian parents across the country, especially Northern countries, to discourage transferring their children to any academy in Sokoto State.

CAN said, the mandate to parents would keep, forthcoming when the Federal and State legislatures would be prepared to get the existences of its kids both in Sokoto and different states that had been threatening to Christians and Christianity.

CAN (19 Northern States and Abuja), Chaplain Jechonia Gilbert, have the directives in a statement issued in Abuja on Sunday named,‘Deborah Samuel No cover up, assaulters must face judgment.’

The organisation was replying to the payoff of Deborah Samuel by Muslim monotheists at the Shehu Shagari College of Education in Sokoto over alleged sacrilege against Prophet Mohammed.

CAN advised the faith who kill to please their God to exercise restraint because, those tried it in Egypt and their gests should be enough warning.

Deborah Samuel, a 200 Position pupil of Home Economics in the institution was boggled by Islamic crazies and set ablaze after she advised her classmates against posting religious accoutrements in their WhatsApp runner.

But Gilbert condemned the payoff of Deborah Samuel, describing it as, horrible and barbaric.

He said, While CAN doesn’t and won’t encourage casting aspersions on any Religion or religious leader of any faith, CAN pouts at hiding under the gab of any religious unreasonableness

To prosecute any form of crime against her members especially in Northern Nigeria. God Almighty isn’t and can noway be a weak God for bare mortals to fight and defend Him.

On the negative, it’s He who keeps, watches and defends us. CAN believe that life is sacred and must noway be taken by another unless as directed by the State.

The CAN (19 Northern States and Abuja) is calling on the Federal Government under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari and the Sokoto State government under governor Aminu Tambuwal

Not to resort to the government usual rhetoric but must demonstrate political will and capacity to bring the perpetrators of this crime to justice

Else, others may take line from this and turn our father land to a country of lawlessness at every fewest provocation.

CAN believes that Nigeria is a country governed by the rule of law and order. Thus, any act of lawlessness and crime mustn’t be swept under the carpet.

Northern CAN prays for the immediate family and indeed the church of the late Deborah Samuel not to lose stopgap in God’s capability to retaliate the killers of their son.
