2023: Why I Accepted To Contest as Deputy Governor In Rivers – Tonto Dikeh

The Nollywood actress, and a deputy candidate of ADC, Tonto Dikeh has revealed her reasons for fighting for Deputy Governor, saying that it was the right thing to do for the States.

Meanwhile, the Governorship flagbearer of the African Democratic Congress, (ADC), Rivers State,Mr. Tonte Ibraye, had on Friday, announce Tonto Dikeh as his handling mate for the 2023 governorship choices in Rivers State

At a press conference in Abuja, Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh told journalists that governance and the popular system of Nigeria was yet to meet transnational norms, explaining further that she’d work out ‘ modalities ’ withMr. Tonte Ibraye to move the state forward.

She said, We shall work out modalities for job creation for massive employment, addition of further youth and women in governance and play vital places in the development of Rivers State where their ideas and strength can be duly employed.

As a nationalistic Nigerian, an advocate of good governance and a philanthropic who have appreciatively touched the lives of millions of lower privileged through my foundation, The Tonto Dikeh Foundation

On his part, governorship flagbearer on the platform of ADC, Tonte Ibraye, said he didn’t make a mistake when he decided to choose Tonto Dikeh as his running mate, stressing that they’re coming on a deliverance charge for Rivers State.
