The youngest African-American to do so, Ian Taylor Schlitz, a 17-year-old boy allegedly obtained his Master of Business Administration degree from Tarleton State University in the US.
Ian Taylor Schlitz graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Tarleton State University in the United States at the age of 17.
He enrolled at Tarrant County Community College in 2016 at the age of 11, where he started his amazing collegiate education.
The following year, in 2020, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in integrative studies from the University of North Texas.
Thanks to his unwavering persistence, he navigated the graduate school application process successfully and was admitted to Tarleton’s MBA programme in the fall of 2021.
The trip soon made him one of the youngest African Americans in the world to receive an MBA at the age of 17.
Regarding his accomplishment, Schlitz expressed his appreciation for the opportunity the MBA program at Tarleton State University gave him.
”The programme and professors helped me enhance my critical thinking, leadership, and communication abilities while also providing a solid foundation in business basics.
I appreciate how they welcomed me wholeheartedly and did not let my youthful age prevent me from continuing my education,” he said, per The Black Wall Street Times
The recent graduation of Schlitz from Tarleton State University is a celebration of his extraordinary journey and an example to young people all throughout the world.
After getting accepted into the esteemed University of North Texas Learning Technologies PhD programme, the trailblazer will begin his studies in the autumn of 2023.
